Send in your class reunion information

29 04 2009

I have heard from many of the organizers that are working hard to get ready for class reunions. However, I am still waiting for final details from many of the groups so that I can share them with the class. Send me at note at dsmith@nppsd.org and let me know the plans so that I can publish them on the NPPS Foundation webpage that is dedicated exclusively to promoting the reunions. Don’t miss the fun at the reunions. Below is a photo of the Class of 1968 last year. reunion 1968reunion photos

Reunions are organizing right now

Debra Smith speaking at All Class Reunion
It is hard to believe that reunion season is coming but several classes are in the process of organizing their events. Make sure you get the information about your class gathering. Send your contact information including your phone number and email to me at dsmith@nppsd.org and I will get it to your class organizing committee. Don’t miss these once in a lifetime opportunities to reconnect with your high school friends.

The photo is of me, Debra Smith, Executive Director of NPPS Foundation sharing with those in attendance of the All-Class Alumni dinner last fall some of the exciting programs that the Foundation is working on with our schools.  Honestly, I do smile. :-)   Apparently, I was at a serious point in the presentation when Cleda snapped my photo.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Have you “Blogged” before?

Trey  at Adams Middle School is trying it…how about you?

Blogging is like posting something to an electronic bulletin board.  It is a terrific way to share information.  I am hoping that very soon we see some posts for the different class sections.  Why class sections?  I thought it might be fun to see what people in adjacent classes are doing.  Let me know if you like this blog concept.  We are hoping that this will be a great addition to NPPS Foundation’s services that we offer to NPHS alumni.
